Welcome to RDM: Random Dance Mixer. These Terms of Use explain the use of the mobile application (the “App”) provided by KEYPLE (Minseok Song), its optional Pro purchase and related services. Please read these Terms before using the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1. App Service and Acceptable Use
RDM helps you create dance-practice playlists from local audio files and YouTube video links, choose playback sections, and use shuffle and countdown settings. Basic playback does not require an RDM account. Features depend on the installed version and service availability.
- Use the App lawfully and respect other people's rights and privacy.
- Do not use the App for unlawful distribution, infringement, unauthorized access or bypassing service limits.
- Protect access to your device, store account and any connected backup account.
2. Your Content and YouTube Playback
Use only local files and content you have the right to use. KEYPLE does not claim ownership of your local audio or playlists. RDM does not grant music or video copyrights, public-performance rights or redistribution rights.
YouTube videos play through YouTube's embedded player. RDM does not extract or download YouTube audio. YouTube controls video availability, restrictions and advertisements. Videos may be removed or unavailable in your region. YouTube advertisements may still appear when you have RDM Pro.
3. Local Storage and Google Drive Backup
Playlists and settings are stored on your device. Optional backup uploads selected data to your Google Drive; stream sharing is described separately below. Maintain separate copies of important original files and exports before uninstalling the App, clearing data or changing devices.
- Google sign-in is optional and is needed only for Drive features.
- Creating a backup requires RDM Pro; existing backups can be restored without Pro.
- Backups use RDM's hidden Drive app-data area. You may choose to include local audio. YouTube audio and purchase entitlements are not backed up.
- After a successful new backup, RDM attempts to keep the latest two backups and remove older backups. Deleted app-data backups cannot be recovered from ordinary Drive Trash.
- Disconnecting Google Drive or uninstalling RDM does not automatically delete existing Drive backups. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and access-revocation options.
4. Free Features and One-Time Pro Purchase
Free users can save up to five local playlists and five stream playlists. RDM Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Review the actual price and benefits shown by your store before buying.
Pro includes unlimited playlists, practice mode with repeats, rounds and rest settings, removal of RDM's own ads, Google Drive backup creation and higher stream-sharing limits. Pro does not remove YouTube ads.
Payments and refunds follow the procedures of the App Store or Google Play where you purchased Pro and applicable law. RevenueCat is used to verify and restore Pro entitlement. Restore purchases with the same store account. App Store and Google Play purchases do not transfer between stores, and Drive backups do not include Pro entitlement. If verification is delayed, try restoring purchases or contact support before buying again.
5. Stream Share Codes
When sharing is enabled, free users can create one code per day and Pro users can create twenty. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Codes are valid for 24 hours from creation.
Codes share YouTube references and playback settings, not local audio or Pro practice repeats and rest settings. Anyone who knows a valid code can import the playlist. Do not include confidential information or another person's personal information. Copies already imported remain after a code expires. Sharing may be temporarily limited for abuse prevention, outages or operational reasons.
6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
The App's software, interface, branding and materials provided by KEYPLE are owned by or licensed to KEYPLE. You may use the App for its intended purpose in accordance with applicable law. This does not transfer ownership of the App or grant rights to third-party music and videos.
YouTube, Google Drive, Apple, Google and RevenueCat services depend on their providers' terms and availability. App-related data processing is described in the RDM Privacy Policy.
7. Availability, Updates and Ending Use
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security or legal requirements, network outages or third-party service changes. We may restrict use that materially violates these Terms or threatens the App, users or third parties. Important changes will be communicated through the App or the official website. You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling it does not by itself delete external backups or request a store refund.
8. Service Limitations and Consumer Rights
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party content or services, or recovery of data deleted, corrupted or made inaccessible beyond our reasonable control. Keep appropriate backups and verify restored content. These service limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and Contact
