Welcome to RDM: Random Dance Mixer support. Features depend on your installed version and store availability. Pro, Drive backup and share codes require a supported version.
1. Playlists and playback
Add authorized audio files from your device to local playlists, or YouTube video links to stream playlists. Set each track's section and volume, shuffle and countdown. RDM does not extract or save YouTube audio. Private, removed or region-restricted videos may not play. YouTube ads may still appear with Pro.
2. Selecting local files and exporting
If a file is missing or cannot be opened, check that it is downloaded to your device, opens in another audio app and has any access permissions needed by the file picker. Download cloud-only files first, then reopen the picker. Before exporting a local audio mix, check available storage and keep the App open until saving finishes. Save locations and file access differ by device and operating system. If the issue continues, update and restart the App, then contact us below.
3. Pro purchases and restoration
Tap Pro on the home screen to see benefits and your store's price. Pro is a one-time purchase. The free playlist limit is five local and five stream playlists. If you already purchased Pro, use Restore purchases with the same store account. App Store and Google Play purchases are separate. If restoration fails, check your connection and store account and restart the App before buying again. Request refunds through the store where you purchased Pro.
4. Pro practice mode
Use a playlist's practice settings to set repeats per track, the number of rounds and rest between playback sections. Practice settings are included in Drive backups, but not in stream share codes. After importing a shared playlist, configure your own practice settings.
5. Google Drive backup
Connect Google Drive in Backup & restore. Creating backups requires Pro; existing backups can be restored for free. You can choose whether to include local audio. YouTube audio and purchase entitlements are not backed up. Backups use hidden app-data storage, so they do not appear in Drive's ordinary file list. RDM attempts to keep the latest two backups and remove older ones. Deleted backups cannot be recovered from ordinary Trash. Disconnecting is not deletion. See the Privacy Policy for revoking access and deleting hidden app data.
6. Stream share codes
Code sharing is available only for stream playlists. Hyphens are optional, and you can paste the code as received. Codes last 24 hours from creation. Expired codes cannot be imported again, but already imported playlists remain. Free users can create one code daily, Pro users twenty; limits reset at 00:00 UTC. If the share button is absent, the feature may be temporarily disabled by the service. Pro practice repeats and rest settings are not included in codes.
