KEYPLE (Minseok Song) provides RDM: Random Dance Mixer (the "App") as a free, advertising-supported mobile application. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App.
1. Information Collection and Use
- The App does not require account registration and does not directly request your name, email address, or phone number.
- Audio selection and mixing are performed locally on your device. Your audio files are not uploaded to a server operated by KEYPLE.
- Advertising providers may automatically process technical information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information, network information, and ad interaction data under their own policies.
- The App does not collect precise location information.
2. Device Permissions
The App may request only the permissions needed to provide its features.
- Media or audio access: Used to select audio files stored on your device and save mixed audio files locally.
- Internet and network access: Used to load and display advertisements and to check network availability.
You may manage App permissions through your device settings. Restricting a required permission may prevent the related feature from working correctly.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may process device and usage information to provide, measure, and protect advertising services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Disclosure of Information
KEYPLE does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or disclosed only when reasonably necessary:
- By third-party service providers that support advertising or App operation under their own policies
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of users, KEYPLE, or others
5. Data Storage and Retention
KEYPLE does not operate a server that stores your selected or mixed audio files. Files created by the App remain on your device until you remove them. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to each provider's policy.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect the App and limit information processing to the purposes described above. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and KEYPLE does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
