These Terms of Use govern One More Toss (the “App”), provided by KEYPLE (Minseok Song, the “Developer”).
1. Service and eligibility
The App provides paper-toss gameplay, distance practice, local records, online leaderboards, and optional account linking. Gameplay and local records work offline. Online features require an internet connection.
The App does not impose a separate uniform minimum age for use. You must follow the app marketplace's age rating and parental settings and use the App and online features lawfully. Minors must obtain parental or legal-guardian consent for contracts, purchases, or personal-information processing where required by applicable law. Review the children's information section of the Privacy Policy for conditions affecting children's online features and information processing; a parent or guardian should contact support where needed.
2. Account linking and restoration
Online features can use a guest account. You may optionally link Google or Apple on iOS, or Google on Android.
Signing in with a linked account on another device gives access to that account's online profile and ranking records. This does not back up or restore every local setting, practice record, or unlocked stage.
Unlinked guests may lose access to an existing session after App data is cleared, the App is reinstalled, or the device is changed. Protect access to your device and linked accounts.
3. Scores and leaderboards
Completed ranked runs are saved locally before being submitted online. Network conditions and server processing may delay or prevent submission. The App retries pending submissions in supported situations.
Records are separated by theme and game rules version. Rule changes may result in separate records or different ranking criteria.
We may investigate, correct, exclude, or restrict records or online access where fraudulent submissions, errors, or violations are identified. Scores and ranks do not grant cash, financial rewards, or property rights.
4. Prohibited conduct and nicknames
You must not:
- Falsify scores or throw data, access servers without authorization, or disrupt the service
- Use another person's account without permission or infringe their rights
- Use unlawful, hateful, harassing, or obscene nicknames, or another person's personal information
- Copy or distribute App content without permission or infringe its owners' rights
This does not restrict activities permitted by applicable law. Violations may result in proportionate measures such as nickname changes, exclusion of records, or limits on online access. Contact support about a measure affecting you.
5. Local records and account deletion
Local records may be lost when App data is cleared, a device fails, the operating system changes, or the App is reinstalled. Linking an online account does not guarantee recovery of all local data.
In-app Delete Account deletes the shared KEYPLE account and online records in other connected games. Review the scope before confirming. Recovery after completed deletion is not guaranteed. Local high scores and unlocked stages remain separately on your device.
Signing out or uninstalling does not by itself delete online records. If you cannot use the App or want to request deletion of only One More Toss records, tell support the requested scope. We will explain what can be processed after verifying ownership.
6. Purchases
One More Toss Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all current and future themes and removes ads while the Pro entitlement is active. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The store shows the actual price, currency, taxes, and purchase terms before payment; local prices may differ by country.
Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. Use Restore Purchases in SETTINGS with the same marketplace account to restore a supported purchase. Linking a Google or Apple account for leaderboards does not by itself restore Pro, and purchases are not automatically transferred between Apple and Google marketplaces. Online access is required for purchase verification and restoration. Cancellation, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights follow the marketplace's rules and applicable law. Refunds or revoked purchases may remove Pro access.
The free version may display interstitial ads after gameplay for eligible adult users. Users who declare they are under 18, users who have not selected an age group, and active Pro users receive no advertising requests. Advertising choices and age-group settings are described in the Privacy Policy and Support page. Ad availability and consent choices do not prevent gameplay.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by the Developer or their lawful owners, or used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the App personally for its intended purpose. Separately identified third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.
8. Privacy and external services
Information handling is described in the One More Toss Privacy Policy. Online features depend on services such as Supabase, Google, Apple, and RevenueCat, whose terms may apply when you use their services.
9. Updates and service changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve functionality or address security, legal requirements, or external-service changes. Where practicable, we provide advance notice of changes materially affecting your rights or records. Urgent security action or similar circumstances may require notice afterward.
You may stop using the App at any time. Stopping use and deleting an online account are separate actions.
10. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided in its current state and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, error-free results, or recovery of lost data.
These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or other rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and disputes
Revised Terms are posted on this page with an effective date. Material changes and changes requiring separate consent are handled through the notices and consent procedures required by applicable law.
You may first contact support to seek resolution of a dispute. Governing law and jurisdiction follow applicable law and do not limit mandatory consumer protections available to you.
