KEYPLE (Minseok Song, the “Developer”) provides One More Toss (the “App”). This policy explains how personal information is handled for gameplay, online leaderboards, account linking, purchases, advertising, and customer support.
1. Information and purposes
Information stored on your device The App stores settings, high scores for each theme, unlocked stages, practice records, tutorial preferences, sign-in sessions, and pending leaderboard submissions on your device. Gameplay and local records work offline.
Online guest accounts and leaderboards When using online features, the App may create and process a guest user identifier and authentication session. Guest accounts and gameplay records may be processed for online leaderboards even if you do not link Google or Apple.
Ranked records may include your user identifier, theme, score, stage reached, baskets and throws, combos, clean shots, Champion Loop results, game rules version, record identifier, achievement and submission times, and gameplay inputs such as throw timing, launch direction, and velocity. We use these records to save and synchronize results, calculate ranks, identify record owners, handle duplicate submissions, and operate the service. Practice records are not submitted to online leaderboards.
Optional account linking You can link Google or Apple on iOS, and Google on Android. Linking may involve provider-specific account identifiers, authentication information, your email, and basic profile information supplied by the sign-in provider. This enables account linking, sign-in, and access to online records on another device. The App does not directly collect your Google or Apple password.
Online profiles We process an automatically generated or chosen nickname and an avatar selected within the App to display your profile and leaderboard entries.
Purchases and Pro Apple or Google processes billing. RevenueCat processes a separate anonymous purchase identifier, purchase history and transaction information, Pro entitlement status, and technical device or connection information to verify purchases, restore access, and operate purchase services. The App does not send your KEYPLE sign-in identifier or email to RevenueCat and does not collect your card number. Purchase identifiers are separate from leaderboard accounts.
Support and connection information Support requests include your email, message, and any device details, App version, or screenshots you provide. Authentication and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, connection times, and error or access logs for operations and security.
2. Public leaderboard information
Other users may see your nickname, selected avatar, scores for each theme, rank, and stage or Champion Loop results. Leaderboard data may include a pseudonymous user identifier to distinguish records. Your email, authentication information, and individual throw inputs are not displayed on the public leaderboard screen.
Do not put your real name, phone number, email, or other identifying information in your nickname.
3. Service providers
The App uses Supabase for online authentication and data storage, and Google and Apple for optional account linking. Support messages are delivered and stored through an email service provider.
- Supabase: guest and linked-account authentication, databases, online profiles and ranking records, and server functions
- Google: Google sign-in, AdMob advertising, UMP consent management, related platform functions, and delivery and storage of support email
- Apple: Sign in with Apple on iOS, App Store billing, and related platform functions
- RevenueCat: purchase verification, Pro entitlement management, restoration, and purchase analytics
Providers process information as needed for their assigned functions. Account providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information for money. Where you permit personalized advertising or tracking, Google may combine advertising information with information from other apps or websites as described in section 8. Applicable laws may classify some such advertising disclosures as sharing or a sale; use the available privacy choices to opt out where applicable. We may disclose information where permitted by applicable law to respond to lawful requests or protect the service and its users.
4. Server location and international processing
The App's primary authentication and leaderboard database is in Supabase's Seoul, South Korea region (ap-northeast-2). Selecting Seoul does not mean all information is processed only in South Korea.
Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and its operations and support providers may process information needed to deliver the service. Supabase states that logs are processed in EU data centers, and support or operational access may involve locations including Singapore and the United States. Contact: privacy@supabase.io. See Supabase's data-location guidance for processing locations and related providers.
RevenueCat, Inc. in the United States processes the purchase information described in section 1 for verification, restoration, entitlement management, and analytics under its privacy policy. App marketplace operators process billing under their own policies.
Advertising and consent services may also involve Google processing the advertising information described in section 8 in countries including the United States. When you use Google sign-in, Gmail-based support, or Apple sign-in, the account identifiers, authentication information, supplied email and basic profile information, or support messages needed for that feature are transmitted over the network to the relevant provider. Google and Apple may process information in countries including the United States. Their privacy policies linked above describe processing locations, retention, and contact methods.
Processing supports the sign-in, leaderboard, or support service you request and must rely on a basis permitted by applicable law. Processing that requires separate consent must take place only after that consent is obtained. Not linking a social account avoids transmission for that social sign-in. Playing with the internet disconnected avoids new online transmissions. Declining external processing can limit the relevant online features or email support. Contact us below to request deletion or suspension of processing of information already retained.
5. Retention and deletion
- Online accounts, profiles, and ranking records: retained while providing the account and records features, and deleted when a verified account or applicable data-deletion request is processed.
- Local records: retained while App data remains on your device. Operating-system backup and restore settings may restore some information after App data is cleared or the App is removed.
- API and database logs: the API and database logs available to the Developer under the current Supabase Free plan are retained for 1 day. Operational or security information processed separately by the provider follows its policies.
- Purchase records: retained as needed to verify and restore purchases, maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal requirements. Marketplace and RevenueCat records follow their retention policies; deletion of a KEYPLE account does not automatically delete marketplace transactions or revoke a store purchase. Contact support about purchase-data requests.
- Support requests: retained while needed to answer your request and provide necessary follow-up, then deleted when those purposes are complete.
- Backup and recovery copies: the App does not offer a user-facing cloud backup or restore feature. The current Supabase Free plan does not provide access to the daily-backup retention and restore features offered on paid plans. Any provider-managed operational recovery copies follow that service's retention and deletion schedule. Deleting active data does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of every recovery copy.
When retention is no longer needed, we delete information or destroy it in a way intended to prevent recovery. If particular information must be retained by law, we keep it separately for the required period and explain the data, basis, and period for applicable requests. We update this policy if changes to providers or plans change these retention criteria.
6. Account and data deletion
For a linked account, open the account panel from SETTINGS or the leaderboard, select Delete Account, and review the confirmation.
In-app account deletion affects your shared KEYPLE account and online records in other connected games. Review the scope before confirming. This action does not delete high scores or unlocked stages stored on your device. Signing out or uninstalling the App does not by itself delete online records.
If you cannot use the App or need help deleting a guest record, email keypeopleofficial@gmail.com with the subject “One More Toss Data Deletion Request.” You do not need to reinstall the App.
Tell us whether you want to delete only One More Toss records or the entire shared KEYPLE account. We may request the minimum information needed to verify ownership and the requested scope. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sign-in tokens. If you have lost a guest session, ownership may be difficult to verify; we will explain what can be processed.
Deleting a KEYPLE account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
7. Your rights and choices
Where provided by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, and withdrawal of consent. Data portability requests may also be available. A parent, guardian, or authorized representative may exercise applicable rights, subject to the minimum verification needed.
Social-account linking is optional. Offline gameplay does not require an internet connection, but connecting to online features may involve processing a guest account and records. Deletion of existing online records requires a separate request.
8. Advertising and device permissions
For users who declare they are 18 or older and do not have Pro, the free version uses Google AdMob for interstitial advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable consent and privacy choices. Depending on platform, settings, and consent, the advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, advertising or device/app identifiers, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud. Provider retention follows Google's policies. See Google's advertising privacy information.
Before advertising is enabled, the App asks for a broad age group: under 18 or 18 or older. This self-declared choice is stored only on your device; we do not request a birth date or send the choice to our servers or advertising providers. Users under 18, users who have not selected an age group, and active Pro users receive no advertising requests or advertising SDK initialization from the App. Users under 18 and users with no age choice receive no automatic UMP or ATT requests. Gameplay remains available. You can change the age group in SETTINGS > Age Group; changing to under 18 discards any prepared ad and prevents further advertising requests. Information already processed before the change remains subject to provider retention.
For eligible adult users, we request applicable advertising choices before requesting ads. On iOS, where tracking permission is requested, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt lets you allow or deny tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this choice in iOS Settings. Denying tracking does not prevent gameplay and does not mean all advertising-related technical information stops being processed. Advertising consent and iOS tracking permission are separate choices.
When required by UMP, SETTINGS includes Privacy Choices for reviewing or changing advertising consent. If this entry was previously required, it remains available after switching to Pro or changing the age group, so you can explicitly open it to review or withdraw prior choices. For adult Pro users who previously needed this entry, the App may update its availability through UMP without initializing the advertising SDK, requesting ads, or automatically showing consent or ATT prompts. Pro disables advertising requests and automatic advertising-consent prompts while Pro is active. Advertising information already processed by a provider remains subject to that provider's retention and deletion practices.
Gameplay does not request contacts, camera, microphone, or precise-location permissions. Advertising, sign-in, and online leaderboards require an internet connection.
9. Children's information
The App is not a child-specific service, but children are not excluded from gameplay solely because they are under 14. Children and their parents or guardians should review this policy, the app marketplace's age rating, and parental settings together.
Online features may process guest identifiers and gameplay records even without social sign-in. In South Korea, processing personal information of children under 14 on the basis of consent requires consent from a legal guardian and verification of that consent. Applicable children's privacy requirements in other regions must also be followed. The local advertising age choice is self-declared and does not verify identity, date of birth, or guardian consent. Advertising is disabled for users who declare they are under 18 and for unknown ages. The App does not provide guardian-consent verification for online features. A parent or guardian should contact us before a child uses online features that require such consent. Gameplay and local records are available with the internet disconnected.
If you believe a child's information has been processed without required consent, a parent or guardian may contact us to request access, deletion, or suspension of processing. After checking the minimum facts needed, we take appropriate action such as deleting relevant information. Do not send the child's passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary identity documents.
10. Security
We use administrative and technical measures such as access controls and protection for data in transit. No electronic storage or transmission method can eliminate all risks.
11. Policy changes
We update this policy when information processing, providers, or applicable requirements change. Revisions and effective dates appear on this page. Changes requiring separate notice or consent are handled under applicable law.
