Thank you for using Orbit. This page provides help with contact import, local relationship data, Google Drive backup, premium purchases, permissions, and common issues.
1. Support Scope
We provide support for App features, errors, permissions, backup and restore, purchase verification, and general usage questions. Please review the information below before contacting us.
2. Contact Import and Device Permissions
- Orbit uses contact permission to import selected contact information for local relationship-management features.
- If contacts do not appear, confirm that contact permission is enabled and reopen the import screen.
- Photo, camera, media, or storage permission may be needed to select, capture, attach, and locally store profile images or files.
- Imported contacts, notes, images, and relationship logs are stored locally and are not uploaded to a server operated by KEYPLE.
- Changes made in Orbit may not automatically change the original contact record on your device unless the App clearly provides that action.
3. Local Data and Google Drive Backup
- Before uninstalling the App, changing devices, or clearing App data, create a current backup from the App settings.
- To restore data, sign in to the same Google account used for the backup and use Orbit's restore feature.
- If a backup does not appear, confirm the Google account, network connection, Drive permission, and App version.
- Removing the App may delete local data but does not automatically delete an existing Google Drive backup.
- Local or backup data that was deleted without an available backup may not be recoverable.
4. Premium Purchase, Restoration, and Refunds
- Orbit premium access is offered as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
- To restore premium access, use the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase and select Restore Purchases.
- If restoration fails, confirm the store account and network connection, then restart the App.
- Apple App Store and Google Play process payments and refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable store's purchase-history or support process.
- Do not send payment-card details or store passwords to KEYPLE.
5. Troubleshooting and Bug Reports
Before contacting support, please try the following:
- Update Orbit to the latest version available from the app marketplace.
- Check the App's contacts, photo, camera, media, storage, network, and Google Drive permissions as relevant to the issue.
- Close and reopen the App, then restart your device if the issue continues.
- When reporting a bug, include your device model, operating system version, App version, the affected feature, a description of the issue, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
- Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or another person's private information unless it is strictly necessary and you are authorized to share it.
