Thank you for using Memory Link. This page provides help with gameplay, scores, rankings, sign-in, account management, and common issues.
1. Request Account or Data Deletion
You can request deletion by email without reinstalling Memory Link or signing in to the App.
- Email: keypeopleofficial@gmail.com
- Subject: Memory Link account/data deletion
- Tell us whether you want the shared KEYPLE account deleted or specific Memory Link data deleted while keeping the account.
- Include the nickname and score of the record, and the sign-in method if known. If you no longer have access to the App, tell us what information you still have. We may request reasonable information to verify ownership and the requested scope. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or authentication tokens.
Account deletion: Where available, you can also use Delete Account in the App. This requests deletion of the shared authentication account and leaderboard records associated with that same user identifier. The leaderboard data includes the nickname, avatar choice, score, stage, play time, country/region code, app build number, and record timestamp. The same identifier's leaderboard records in other KEYPLE games using this shared account are also included. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.
Data-only requests: To keep the account, specify the Memory Link leaderboard/profile data you want removed in your email. Do not use the in-app Delete Account option for a data-only request. A server leaderboard record may be created again if the App subsequently submits a local score still belonging to that account; let us know if you want help avoiding re-submission.
Local and legacy records: Server account deletion does not automatically erase training history, cumulative statistics, local high scores, or settings on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove these local records; do not do so just to send a deletion request, as an unlinked anonymous session may be lost. Older Firebase-identifier leaderboard records are not automatically deleted or transferred when a new Supabase account is created. Request help by email for anonymous or legacy records you cannot manage in the App.
Retention and response: Authentication and leaderboard data is retained while needed to provide the service, protect it, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, as described in the Memory Link Privacy Policy. Advertising providers apply their own retention policies. We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
2. How to Play
Flip cards to find matching pairs. Use the Light, Routine, and Boost difficulty zones to practice short-term memory and concentration, and build the highest combo you can.
3. Scores and Rankings
- Training history, cumulative statistics, and local high scores are stored on your device. Full training history and cumulative statistics are not uploaded to or shown on the leaderboard.
- The challenge leaderboard uses positive scores associated with the current Supabase account; zero-point records are not submitted. Anonymous players can participate without linking Google or Apple.
- A network connection is required to submit or refresh ranking data. If a score or ranking does not update, check your connection and App version, then restart the App.
- Do not use personally identifying information in a leaderboard nickname.
4. Sign-In and Account Management
- The current version restores a saved Supabase session or automatically creates an anonymous account at startup.
- Google or Apple account linking is optional. Nickname and avatar editing requires a linked account; avatars are chosen from bundled images, not social-profile photos.
- Linking can preserve the anonymous identifier and its record. If the social identity already belongs to another account, the App signs in to that account; different accounts' scores are not automatically merged.
- Signing out is not deletion. The App creates a new anonymous session after sign-out or successful account deletion. The previous cloud record is not deleted by sign-out, and its local score is not automatically registered as the new anonymous account's score.
