KEYPLE (Minseok Song) provides HEXTRI (the "App") as a free, advertising-supported mobile application. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App.
1. Information We Process
- The App does not require you to provide your real name, phone number, or contact address to begin playing.
- To provide sign-in and leaderboard features, the App may process a provider-specific user identifier, authentication token or session information, a nickname, and high-score and ranking data.
- Advertising providers may process technical information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, device and app information, network information, consent signals, ad impressions, clicks, and diagnostic data.
- The App does not request precise device-location permission for gameplay.
2. How Information Is Used
Information may be processed to:
- Authenticate Google or Apple sign-in where available
- Save and synchronize high scores and ranking data
- Display rankings and prevent unauthorized score changes
- Provide, measure, and protect advertisements that support the free App
- Apply consent choices, diagnose errors, maintain security, and comply with applicable law
- Respond to support and data-related requests
KEYPLE does not sell personal information.
3. Leaderboard and Profile Visibility
Leaderboard records may be visible to other users and may include your nickname, game score or progress, rank, and related pseudonymous fields. Do not use personally identifying information in your nickname. A network connection may be required to submit or refresh leaderboard data.
4. Permissions and Network Access
The App uses internet and network access for sign-in, leaderboard synchronization, update checks, advertisements, and related security functions. Where required, the operating system or an advertising provider may present privacy or personalized-ad choices. Refusing personalized advertising does not prevent basic gameplay, although ads may be limited or non-personalized.
5. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App may use the following services, which process information under their own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy — Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, and related platform functions
- Apple Privacy Policy — Sign in with Apple and Apple platform functions
- Google AdMob Privacy and Data Policy — advertising, consent, measurement, and fraud prevention
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Authentication and leaderboard data is retained while needed to provide the service, protect it, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Local settings and progress remain on your device until cleared or the App is uninstalled.
Where an in-app Delete Account option is available, use it to request deletion of the linked account and related leaderboard data. Signing out or uninstalling the App may not by itself delete cloud leaderboard records. If you cannot access the in-app option or need help with an anonymous or legacy record, contact us by email. We may request reasonable information to verify the request. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Use basic gameplay without linking Google or Apple where the App permits
- Manage sign-in and account options in the App
- Manage advertising and tracking choices through consent prompts and device settings
- Request access, correction, or deletion as provided by applicable law
8. Disclosure and Security
Information may be processed by the service providers listed above as needed to operate the App or disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid requests, protect users or the public, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy and Policy Changes
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
