Thank you for playing Ducky Ducky. This page provides help with gameplay, scores, rankings, sign-in, account management, and common issues.

• Move the mother duck by dragging your finger across the screen.
• Catch fish to add ducklings and gain 3 seconds for each fish.
• Avoid rocks and land. A collision ends the current game.
• The game ends when the timer reaches zero, so catch fish before time runs out.

• Scores greater than zero may be submitted to the leaderboard when a network connection is available.
• Your nickname, bundled avatar, score, rank, and country or region code may be visible to other leaderboard users.
• Do not use personally identifying information in your nickname.
• If a score or ranking does not update, check your network connection, confirm the App is up to date, and restart the App.
• Basic gameplay may be available offline, but sign-in, ranking synchronization, update checks, and advertisements require network access.

• The App creates an anonymous account so you can begin playing without linking an external account.
• You may optionally link Google or Apple to an eligible account.
• Signing out creates a new anonymous session but does not delete the previous account or leaderboard record.
• To delete a linked account and associated participating KEYPLE game ranking data, use Delete Account in the App.
• If you cannot access the App or need help with an anonymous or legacy ranking record, contact us using the email below. We may request reasonable information to verify the request.

Before contacting support, please try the following:

• Update Ducky Ducky to the latest version available from the app marketplace.
• Close and reopen the App, then restart your device if the issue continues.
• Check your network connection for sign-in and ranking features.
• When reporting a bug, include your device model, operating system version, App version, nickname if relevant, a description of the issue, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
• Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information in your message or screenshots.

Ducky Ducky를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 이 페이지에서는 게임 방법, 점수와 랭킹, 로그인, 계정 관리 및 일반적인 문제 해결 방법을 안내합니다.

• 화면을 드래그하여 엄마 오리를 이동하세요.
• 물고기를 잡으면 아기 오리가 늘어나고 물고기 한 마리마다 제한시간이 3초 추가됩니다.
• 바위와 육지를 피하세요. 충돌하면 현재 게임이 종료됩니다.
• 타이머가 0이 되면 게임이 종료되므로 시간이 끝나기 전에 물고기를 잡아주세요.

• 네트워크에 연결되어 있으면 0점보다 높은 점수가 랭킹에 등록될 수 있습니다.
• 닉네임, 앱에 포함된 아바타, 점수, 순위 및 국가·지역 코드가 다른 랭킹 사용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다.
• 닉네임에 본인을 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 사용하지 마세요.
• 점수나 랭킹이 갱신되지 않으면 네트워크 연결과 최신 앱 버전을 확인한 뒤 앱을 다시 실행하세요.
• 기본 게임은 오프라인에서도 이용할 수 있으나 로그인, 랭킹 동기화, 업데이트 확인 및 광고에는 네트워크 연결이 필요합니다.

• 외부 계정을 연결하지 않아도 게임을 시작할 수 있도록 앱에서 익명 계정을 생성합니다.
• 필요한 경우 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 선택적으로 연결할 수 있습니다.
• 로그아웃하면 새로운 익명 세션이 생성되지만 이전 계정이나 랭킹 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다.
• 연결 계정과 참여 KEYPLE 게임의 관련 랭킹 데이터를 삭제하려면 앱에서 계정 삭제를 이용하세요.
• 앱에 접근할 수 없거나 익명 계정 또는 레거시 랭킹 기록과 관련된 도움이 필요하면 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 요청 확인을 위해 합리적인 범위의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

• 앱 마켓에서 Ducky Ducky를 최신 버전으로 업데이트하세요.
• 앱을 완전히 종료한 뒤 다시 실행하고, 문제가 계속되면 기기를 재시작하세요.
• 로그인과 랭킹 기능 이용 시 네트워크 연결 상태를 확인하세요.
