Thank you for using Doongsil: Goal Timer. This page provides help with goals, focus sessions, progress records, photos, customization, and common issues.

• Create a goal and use the timer to record focused work toward it.
• As progress increases, the balloon and journey display may change to reflect your achievement.
• Keep the App open while an active timing or save operation is in progress where required by your device.
• If a timer record does not appear, confirm the session was completed or saved before closing the App.

• You may record daily progress with notes and, where supported, selected photos.
• Photo or media permission is used only when you choose to attach an image.
• Character, balloon, appearance, goal, and progress settings may be stored locally on your device.
• Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored goals, records, notes, photos, and preferences.

• Doongsil does not require a KEYPLE account for basic goal-timer features.
• Local goals, records, notes, selected photos, and settings are not uploaded to a server operated by KEYPLE unless a feature clearly informs you otherwise.
• Protect access to your device and avoid attaching information you do not have the right to use.

Before contacting support, please try the following:

• Update Doongsil: Goal Timer to the latest version available from the app marketplace.
• Check photo or media permission if image attachment is not working.
• Close and reopen the App, then restart your device if the issue continues.
• When reporting a bug, include your device model, operating system version, App version, the affected feature, a description of the issue, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
• Do not include passwords or other sensitive information in your message or screenshots.

• 일일 진행 상황을 메모하고, 지원되는 경우 선택한 사진을 첨부할 수 있습니다.
• 사진 또는 미디어 권한은 사용자가 이미지를 첨부하도록 선택한 경우에만 사용됩니다.
• 캐릭터, 열기구, 화면 표시, 목표 및 진행 설정은 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있습니다.
• 앱 데이터를 초기화하거나 앱을 제거하면 로컬 목표, 기록, 메모, 사진 및 환경설정이 삭제될 수 있습니다.

• Doongsil은 기본 목표 타이머 기능을 위해 KEYPLE 계정을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 해당 기능에서 명확히 안내하지 않는 한 로컬 목표, 기록, 메모, 선택한 사진 및 설정은 KEYPLE이 운영하는 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
• 기기에 대한 접근을 보호하고 이용 권한이 없는 정보를 첨부하지 마세요.
