Project overview

A goal and focus timer where a hot-air balloon rises toward space as the user spends time on what matters. Customizable balloons and characters, goal-based sessions, notes, and photo records turn progress into a warm visual journey.

Challenge

A repetitive focus timer needed to become an experience that kept users engaged and made progress feel rewarding rather than simply measuring elapsed time.

Solution

We linked focus time to a rising balloon, added goal-specific customization, and combined notes and photos so the journey itself became a source of motivation.

Result

Doongsil launched on iOS and Android with goal setting, focus sessions, activity records, and visual growth in one cohesive experience.
