Project overview

A specialized recruitment platform connecting cargo and grapple truck drivers with hiring companies. As an outsourced development project, we implemented the iOS and Android apps plus the web admin, covering job discovery, resume creation and applications for candidates; job posting, applicant management and talent search for employers; and practical training consultations for new drivers.

Challenge

Cargo and grapple truck recruitment is highly specific to region, vehicle type and experience, yet job listings and practical training information were fragmented. The product needed to connect distinct candidate and employer journeys in one app while giving operators a practical way to manage users, listings, consultations, points and content.

Solution

We built role-based candidate and employer journeys with Flutter, Riverpod and GoRouter. Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Functions and Cloud Messaging power social sign-in, job listings, resumes, applications, applicant and talent management, favorites and push notifications. A responsive web admin centralizes users, listings, banners, consultations, inquiries, points and cash receipts.

Result

The service launched on both iOS and Android with a companion web admin, creating one connected workflow from job discovery and application through employer review, talent search and day-to-day operations.
