KEYPLE (Minseok Song) provides Stellaclip (the "App") as a freemium mobile application. Basic features are available at no cost, while optional premium features may be offered through in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App.
1. Information Processed by the App
- The App does not require account registration and does not directly request your real name, email address, or phone number.
- Notes, bookmarks, links, attached images, screenshots, and other clip content are stored locally on your device unless you choose to create a Google Drive backup.
- When you request link-preview information, the App may connect to the relevant website to retrieve metadata such as a page title, description, or thumbnail. The website may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address.
- For premium features, third-party purchase services may process an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase status, transaction information, and diagnostic information needed to verify or restore access.
- KEYPLE does not receive or store your payment-card details.
2. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions only when needed for a feature:
- Photos, camera, or media access: Used to capture, select, attach, and store images or screenshots in clips.
- Storage access: Used where required by the operating system to save or read App content.
- Internet and network access: Used for in-app purchases, premium-status verification, Google Drive backup and restore, and link-preview retrieval.
You may manage permissions through your device settings. Restricting a required permission may prevent the related feature from working.
3. Google Drive Backup and Restore
Google Drive backup is optional.
- The App requests access to its dedicated hidden application-data folder through the Google Drive app-data scope.
- Backup data is transferred between your device and your Google Drive account.
- The App does not request access to unrelated files in your Google Drive.
- KEYPLE does not operate a server that receives or stores your Google Drive backup files or Google account content.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following providers, which process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy — Google Play Services and Google Drive
- Apple Privacy Policy — Apple platform and in-app purchase services
- RevenueCat Privacy Policy — purchase verification, entitlement management, and restoration
These providers may process information in countries where they or their service providers operate.
5. How Information Is Used and Disclosed
Information is processed only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide local clip, image, link-preview, backup, restore, and premium features
- Verify purchases and restore premium access
- Diagnose errors, protect the App, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law
- Respond to support and data-related requests
KEYPLE does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to the providers listed above as needed for their services, or when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local App data remains on your device until you delete it through the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
- Google Drive backup data remains in your Google account until you delete it through Google Drive's application-management controls.
- Purchase and entitlement information is retained by the applicable platform and RevenueCat according to their policies and as needed to verify or restore premium access.

7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the App and limit information processing to the purposes described above. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
