KEYPLE (Minseok Song) provides Bird Up (the "App") as a free mobile application. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App.

KEYPLE does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by platform providers as needed for their services or disclosed when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, protect users or the public, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights.
6. Data Retention and Your Choices
Local App data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Technical information processed by a platform provider is retained according to that provider's policy.
You may stop further App-related processing by uninstalling the App. For questions about information you provided in a support request, or to request deletion where applicable, contact us using the email below. We may request reasonable information to verify the request.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the App and the information processed in connection with it. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy and Policy Changes
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
